This Site describes Furniture Assembly, Drywall Repair, Light Electrical Repair, Light Plumbing Repair, Pressure Washing, TV Mounting, Door Repair, Door Installation provided by Handyman Services of Kentucky. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://handymanservicesofkentucky.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Handyman Services of Kentucky or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Handyman Services of Kentucky makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Handyman Services of Kentucky arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Handyman Services of Kentucky from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by KY law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in KY for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
